The Odyssey Intelligent Heat Detector monitors temperature by using a single thermistor which provides a count output proportional to the external air temperature.

All detectors in the Odyssey Intelligent range, including the Odyssey Intelligent Standard Base fit the Intelligent Mounting Base. The Mounting Base is a low insertion force base with stainless steel contacts for the detector terminals. XPERT cards are supplied with all bases.
The Isolator is placed at intervals on the loop and ensures that, in the case of a short circuit, only the section between the isolators will be affected. When the short circuit is removed, the isolators automatically restore power and data to the isolated section.
The Odyssey Isolating Base senses and detects short-circuit faults on Odyssey loops and spurs.
The Sounder Beacon Base with visual indicater is a loop-powered sounder and visual indicator combined with a standard Intelligent Mounting Base. It is used to signal a fire alarm in enclosed areas.
The Integrated Base Sounder comprises a base sounder with integral mounting base, and is designed for indoor use with Odyssey detectors.
The Odyssey Manual Call Point has a highly visible alarm indicator which can be seen from up to 10 metres away. When activated, the manual call point interrupts the polling cycle for a fast response. A combined LED indicator and front reset mechanism allows for a quick and simple reset.
The Loop-Powered Visual Indicator is designed for indoor use and can be connected to detection systems using Odyssey detectors and control panels using the appropriate software.
The Odyssey Intelligent Open-Area Beacon Visual Indicator has been developed for use in situations where there is a risk that sounders will not be heard.
The Odyssey Intelligent Wall-Mounted Open-Area Sounder Beacon Visual Indicator is designed for use in open areas and can be connected to an Odyssey system.

The Odyssey Mini Switch Monitor is an interface within an entirely new housing. This allows the unit to be fitted onto a standard 35mm DIN-Rail (using a twist-click motion) or mounted within an enclosure, for example a manual call point.
