The simple and proven technology of digital Linear Heat Detecting cables (LHD), makes it a product of choice for difficult and challenging applications where other technologies struggle to work.
With it’s ease of installation and low maintenance it also provides a cost effective solution where project expenditure requires to be kept at a minimum.
The sensing cable is formed from a pair of twisted steel conductors each with temperature sensitive insulation and then an overall Nylon outer sleeve. When the temperature sensitive insulation reaches it’s predetermined alarm temperature the two conductors short together providing the digital or switched signal.
The cable can be connected to any unit capable of monitoring a switched signal, i.e. Conventional fire panel, addressable switch monitor unit or PLC.
The nylon outer sleeve of the H8045N offers good chemical and water resistance, allowing it to be deployed in harsh and dirty environments.
The SOC-E3N(WHT) is an optical Smoke Detector, which is fully compatible with the majority of existing Conventional systems. The SOC-E3N incorporates Hochiki’s unique High Performance photoelectric smoke chamber removing the need to use Ionisation Detectors in the majority of applications.
DCD-AE3 is a Rate of Rise Heat Detector with a 60 °C fixed temperature element using a thermistor and linearising circuit to provide an accurate linear response Heat Detector.
Model ALN-EN-WHT is a Photoelectric Smoke Sensor, which is fully compatible with Hochiki’s ESP Analogue Addressable Protocol. The ALN-EN incorporates Hochiki’s newest High Performance Chamber Technology removing the need to use Ionisation Smoke Sensors in the majority of applications.
Model HCP-E(SCI) is a Manual Call Point with integral short-circuit isolator, which is fully compatible with Hochiki’s ESP analogue addressable protocol.
