Last week we recognised three colleagues chosen by their peers across Eurotech Fire Systems.

Customer Service Star Award: Fiona Hickman
Fiona goes above and beyond for partners and colleagues every single day. Colleagues say partners often wish they had “a Fiona” of their own.

Innovation and Improvement Award: Declan Cordwell
Declan introduced the Eurotech Help Centre and intranet, and is leading the team’s adoption of AI tools. His work has already reduced technical calls and freed up hours of colleagues’ time.

Team Player of the Year: Robert Quinn
Robert brings huge knowledge and understanding across every part of the business. Colleagues say he makes the team stronger simply by being in it.

These three categories are open to nomination by colleagues across the business, and every nomination is genuine feedback about how someone showed up for the team or our partners this year so congratulations to all three!
